Rising Sun farms is located in seclusion amidst foothills in Karjat in the state of Maharashtra, India

With 2 luxury wooden cottages, our homestay offers the best holiday spot for families and group of friends around Mumbai and Pune. Each cottage has a master bedroom, a cozy living room, attached bath and a running gallery.

We can accommodate upto 8 guests at a time.

Our weekday & weekend tariffs are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner. Our talented, professional chef offers a host of delectable Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and olive oil only.

The farm offers a host of outdoor activities like swimming, badminton, volleyball, archery, barbecue & bonfire and mango picking during season and non-rainy months. Our pool is open 24×7, 365 days a year.

I had a terrific holiday swimming in the lovely large pool, indulgent and tasty meals, walking around in the farm identifying various plants and trees. The delectable meals, soft beds and the warmth of the hosts makes me want to go back over and over again. An absolute must do if you want to drive out of Mumbai and in less than a couple of hours, land in the lap of beauty and homely luxury. Ideal place to land up with a large gang and have a boisterous time. Thanks guys, for making my stay so memorable!

This is the best place we have ever visited and our search for peace was over. Beautifully decorated cottages reflect the creativity and service orientation of the owners. Me Shweta herself sets everything in the room and everything is placed perfectly. Even things you don’t imagine would be there for you. I am giving only five stars bcoz there is no option to give more Ms Shweta thanks so much for making it memorable for us and would love to visit your place once again

We lucked out on this property as we got a great welcome & hospitality here. We visited Rising Sun farms on our marriage anniversary & the hosts Shweta & Sidharth made sure we have a great time when it comes to food (chef Amol deserves a mention of its own), the cottages are spacious & comfortable & to our surprise, Shweta arranged for a celebration at their barbecue area as well on our anniversary night 😀 I would love to visit the property again soon 🙂

The Rising Sun Farms - Nestled between heavenly greenery, this resort is the perfect gateaway! We had a 3 night stay, which we of course extended and usually they are booked well in advance, but this was our lucky day! The pool was where we spent most of our time at, the hosts are super friendly and pretty cool with no hang ups and their furry babies are a treat for pet lovers. Pet friendly and Pet friendly too ( stomach for Hindi). The food was brilliant and customised to suit our needs. We also took a day's excursion to the 9 Aces Golf Course and a day certainly well spent. Can't wait to visit this place again. Traveller Tip: Book in advance, they are sold out well in advance.

most beautiful and nature Surrounding farms to visit in Karjat. It was amazing stay with raising sun resorts. everything was just perfect the host Shweta and her staff pankaj were extremely helpful and kind . She take care of all yours needs, food is extremely delicious. Rooms decor was nicely design and maintained. It was an amazing property with the perfect ambience.

The farm is beautifully built on large land with private pool, lawn and cottage. Ample of parking space. Rooms are spacious and sparkling clean with separate ACs in both rooms. The hosts are very humble and welcomed us. They showed us the place so all of us are comfortable with the surroundings. Lots of space for kids to play, Awesome Pool with bar. Separate kids pool is added advantage. Lovely food and everything was well taken care for. Perfect for family weekend.

Brilliant place. The hosts are non intrusive and super helpful. The pool is amazing, cottages are clean and wifi works very well. If youre looking for a place to chill and enjoy trees, birds, dogs, peace, nature, this place is perfect.
